About Amy B. Windham

Amy spent 10 years as an “amateur” travel agent, providing travel advice to family and friends.  Then, in 2005, an opportunity came her way to become a professional travel agent.  Travel has always been a passion and a priority for Amy and working in the industry created the dream job that most people are always hoping to find.  She has traveled to 36 states and 19 countries, and the list grows each year.  When Amy visits a new location she always looks for the off-the-beaten-path kind of places, or the hidden gem that makes each trip a unique experience.  From her travels, Amy produces her own travel guides to help her clients to make the most of their vacation.

About Four Corners Travel and Cruises

Four Corners Travel and Cruises was launched in 2009. After 5 years of contracting with other agencies, it was time to open Four Corners to take advantage of the opportunities that are available to an independent agency.  Four Corners has three main markets:

  1. Destination Weddings and Honeymoons
  2. Conceptionmoons, Babymoons and the Maybe Baby Get-Away
  3. Family and Personal Travel, including pet-friendly and accessible travel

While we do book business travel too, our focus is on the client that is creating a new family, growing a family, or wants to get away with their family.

Destination Weddings

These weddings can be a simple ceremony on a secluded beach in the Caribbean, all the way to a lakeside private villa in Europe.  When planning a destination wedding, a bride needs the right information the first time (Is it a legal or symbolic ceremony? What documents are needed? How long do you have to be on an island to have a wedding?). These are all of the questions that have to be answered, and having a travel agent that can provide those answers to a bride and groom is key to planning a stress free destination wedding.

Honeymoons, like people, come in all shapes and sizes.  They can be a relaxing, no plans at all type of trip, or they can be an active, get out and do it all trip – or a mix of both.  Planning a honeymoon can be complex, but by using a travel professional, the process can be made simple and easy.  Four Corners also offers a Honeymoon Registry service, so family and friends can pay for parts of the honeymoon as a gift to the happy couple.
